Pint of Science was back in Nottingham City Centre for 2018
C1net members Louise Dynes and Christian Arenas hosted an activity stand during the presentation breaks. C1net presented a plasmid building LEGO game for members of the public, it also gave the public an opportunity to speak to Christian about his research and c1net.
C1net member and SBRC Synbio DTProg student Paul Henry also gave a talk at Pint of Science titled “Understanding Biotechnology with Rapid Analysis. The talk revealed how the fast analytical techniques have been used to understand the secrets of fermentation bio-processes, giving insight into the behaviour of modified micro-organisms”.
